Celeritas was a leading technology company that once offered a unique product. In this case study analysis, I will identify the problems among the leadership team at Celeritas and analyze the causes of dysfunction by discussing, The CEO’s leadership style, the consultant’s and CEO contrasting leadership styles, Sales and marketing VP’s ineffective influence, Handling of SVP Meeting & Suggested Future Actions and lastly the previous team building efforts.
